About the role
- Support in generation and maintenance of Purchasing system data(SRM/AS400, SAP, BPM Portal, MDM, ESDB/QAD/SQTS)
- Supplier enrollment, modification and maintenance (supplier set up)
- Support the material administrative function/task
- QN package supporting evidence data preparation
- Waterfall analysis preparation
- MOQ Alignment (SRM-QAD recon)
- Daily critical list ASN & OTD Compliance Tracking
- Product lead time tracking
- SPOT Buy POs Issuance
- Materials Global Allocation Support
- VSA and EDI Releases
- Report extraction and consolidation
- Ad-hoc reporting request (inventory, customer EDI changes, etc)
- Supplier Open Order Book confirmations compared to Lear Demand
- Sending mass notifications/surveys to the supply base
- Reports to Global counterparts (Global Managers, Directors and VPs)
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain or IT related graduate
- Proficient in MS Office (preferably with Excel & Macro App experience)
- 1-2years experience, preferably in multinational environment
- Fluent in English
- Self motivated and with good methodology
- Good analytical Skills
- Highly proficient in both oral and written English language communication
- Can work with minimal supervision, willing to do overtime, flexible work schedule as the need arises
- Embodies high sense of professionalism and can multi-task
- Preferably with QAD Planning Experiences
