About the role

  • Participate in management review meetings, convening responsible parties from the involved departments, monitoring indicators, and producing the final report of the meeting.
  • Support and conduct internal audits to ensure that departmental activities are carried out in accordance with current procedures and meet Lear's internal requirements and customer requirements.
  • Analyze nonconformities in the quality management system identified during audits and take part in problem resolution.
  • Audit Process Quality technical documentation (Control Plan, Control Cycle and Self-Control Cycle) with a focus on detecting potential nonconformities and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Manage Product and Layout Inspection audits (scheduling, execution and action plans).
  • Monitor customer indicators, assist in complaint analysis, and track corrective actions and their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience with Quality tools and process capability studies;
  • Experience conducting audits;
  • Must be a Lear employee and have held the same position for at least 1 year;
