About the role
- Lead the Maintenance Department to achieve the required level of performance of the main KPI as example Downtime, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive Maintenance completion
- Improve and maintain cost-efficient machines and equipment operation through planned preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with Process Engineer the new projects
- Keep records of all the maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance and the corrective maintenance necessary done
- Keep good and enough stock of the spare parts needed to secure the plant working properly always meeting the forecast budget
- Develop the Machinery PFMEA and use as base to perform annual budget
- Implement Visual Management techniques to make Preventive Maintenance visual to all employees in the company
- Implement all the new tasks for maintenance such as TPM and help to develop six sigma projects
- Secure that the corporate procedure has been followed accurately
Requirements
- 5 Years of Experience in a Maquila Environment or equivalent
- Knowledge with IATF-16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- English desirable
- Knowledge on identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts
