About the role

  • Support in generation and maintenance of Purchasing system data(SRM/AS400, SAP, BPM Portal, MDM, ESDB/QAD/SQTS)
  • Supplier enrollment, modification and maintenance (supplier set up)
  • Support the material administrative function/task QN package supporting evidence data preparation
  • Waterfall analysis preparation
  • MOQ Alignment (SRM-QAD recon)
  • Daily critical list ASN & OTD Compliance Tracking
  • Product lead time tracking
  • SPOT Buy POs Issuance
  • Materials Global Allocation Support
  • VSA and EDI Releases
  • Report extraction and consolidation
  • Ad-hoc reporting request (inventory, customer EDI changes, etc)
  • Supplier Open Order Book confirmations compared to Lear Demand
  • Sending mass notifications/surveys to the supply base
  • Reports to Global counterparts (Global Managers, Directors and VPs)

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain or IT related graduate
  • Proficient in MS Office (preferably with Excel & Macro App experience)
  • 1-2years experience, preferably in multinational environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Self motivated and with good methodology
  • Good analytical Skills
  • Highly proficient in both oral and written English language communication
  • Can work with minimal supervision, willing to do overtime, flexible work schedule as the need arises
  • Embodies high sense of professionalism and can multi-task
  • Preferably with QAD Planning Experiences
