About the role
- Understand specific client requirements related to APQP.
- Lead the execution of the 8D methodology.
- Conduct R&R and capacity studies.
- Coordinate containment operations at different locations, from the plant to the last customer-facing station.
- Monitor quality activities in the client's systems and portals.
- Verify the existence of component PSWs and update the IMDS.
- Develop the PPAP package.
- Lead quality meetings and prepare reports.
- Monitor APQP quality activities on client portals.
- Provide first-level contact with the client for complaints.
Requirements
- Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in automotive electronics required.
- SMT and Backend process knowledge.
- Ford & GM portals knowledge.
- Proficient English level.
- 3+ years of experience in the field.
