About the role
- Lead and support the client at external events related to CTO;
- Lead CTO progress meetings with cross-functional teams, record and track proposals in the client's systems and internal systems;
- Support the global team in meetings by providing CTO-related updates;
- Lead the technical and financial feasibility analysis of CTO proposals;
- Plan and coordinate workshops, discussion forums, and other internal and client-facing events to drive CTO outcomes;
- Monitor CTO targets, providing leadership with strategic information to set goals and track progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering field;
- Experience in product development and/or project management;
- Experience in direct or indirect team leadership;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
- Intermediate English;
- Must be a Lear employee and have held the same position for at least 1 year;
- Monthly-paid employees in bands 3A and 3B may apply.
