About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own daily operations across all paid media channels, including: Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), Display, Retargeting, and CTV
  • Launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on pipeline, revenue, and CAC efficiency
  • Manage and optimize paid media landing pages
  • Actively manage budgets, bids, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our campaign strategy agency and development agency
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans
  • Ensure agencies are aligned on goals, timelines, testing roadmaps, and performance expectations
  • Hold partners accountable to performance, efficiency, and optimization standards
  • Own landing page performance in collaboration with our development agency
  • Drive continuous CRO initiatives including: Messaging and positioning tests, Conversion flow improvements, A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Build and maintain paid media and funnel performance reporting in HubSpot
  • Report on performance tied to company outcomes, including: Pipeline and revenue impact, Cost per lead, opportunity, and customer ROI and efficiency metrics
  • Deliver clear insights and recommendations to marketing and leadership teams
  • Utilize AI to automate tasks to be as efficient as possible

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS paid media experience, with direct hands-on ownership of paid media campaigns
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media programs
  • Strong background reporting performance tied to business outcomes (pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and leads)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building dashboards and custom reports
  • Experience managing and collaborating with external agencies
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel paid media strategy and optimization
  • Ability to work independently and confidently take ownership from day one
