About the role

  • Own APAC revenue and pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual targets for new business and expansion across APAC
  • Build and execute an APAC sales plan: segmentation, target account strategy, territory coverage, and pipeline generation
  • Personally lead prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, business case/ROI development, negotiation, and close
  • Lead complex enterprise deal cycles
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying groups (business leadership, compliance, risk, legal, operations, IT/security)
  • Position LeapXpert’s value around governed, compliant client communications, including recordkeeping/archiving and policy-based governance/security controls
  • Run structured deal processes: mutual action plans, qualification, and rigorous next steps
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM, with clear inspection of deal health and risks
  • Establish a consistent cadence with leadership: weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with Marketing on account-based programs and field activities to build qualified pipeline
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive smooth handoffs, adoption, renewals, and expansion
  • Provide product feedback based on APAC market needs and competitive insights

Requirements

  • 10+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise sales outcomes (APAC preferred)
  • Proven track record exceeding quota and closing complex enterprise deals
  • Strong ability to sell security/compliance-adjacent solutions, including recordkeeping and governance controls
  • Excellent forecasting discipline and CRM rigor; strong deal qualification and inspection skills
  • Executive presence: strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment; high ownership and adaptability
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience selling into regulated or risk-sensitive industries
  • Familiarity with messaging governance, capture/recordkeeping, or compliance workflows
