About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with several key stakeholders including Global’s Senior Web Developer, Regional Marketers, Marketing Automations team, Regional Web Developers and DevOps to maintain existing and build new features across multiple websites
Bring your keen eye for detail and passion for providing a good user experience to drive innovation and shape the future of LEAP's global marketing efforts
Success of this role partly relies upon communicating effectively with regional and cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years’ commercial experience in web development or UI engineering
Strong technical experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js
Solid HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript coding skills
Foundational understanding of SEO best practices
Experience with Storyblok and familiarity with Netlify would be beneficial
Experience working with Figma to interpret designs, provide implementation feedback, and collaborate closely with designers to deliver high-quality user interfaces
Proven experience working closely with marketing stakeholders to deliver successful digital projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
Positive, resilient attitude when things do not go as expected
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player who supports others and contributes to shared goals
Passion for keeping up to date with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices
