About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the entire hiring process for roles across every team at LEAP.
- Partner with both technical and non-technical hiring managers.
- Help develop processes that focus on hiring the best talent in the market.
- Discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels.
- Assist with managing Workable configurations and automate a streamlined hiring process.
- Support HR & Recruitment projects such as ATS implementation, employer branding, and onboarding optimisation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven in-house, end-to-end recruitment experience ideally within a tech business.
- Skilled in writing job advertisements, boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
- Uses data to make informed decisions.
- Operationally excellent and can demonstrate experience optimizing workflows.
