About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the entire hiring process for roles across every team at LEAP.
Partner with both technical and non-technical hiring managers.
Help develop processes that focus on hiring the best talent in the market.
Discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels.
Assist with managing Workable configurations and automate a streamlined hiring process.
Support HR & Recruitment projects such as ATS implementation, employer branding, and onboarding optimisation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven in-house, end-to-end recruitment experience ideally within a tech business.
Skilled in writing job advertisements, boolean search, and talent mapping.
Ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Uses data to make informed decisions.
Operationally excellent and can demonstrate experience optimizing workflows.
