About the role
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust web-based applications
- Build and maintain scalable web-based solutions using PHP and related technologies
- Participate actively in design, coding, testing, and deployment while following coding standards and best practices
- Develop and support products using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, and Bootstrap
- Contribute to improving existing architectures and supporting evolving business requirements
- Work with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and SOAP services to ensure reliable data communication
- Collaborate within Agile SCRUM practices to support consistent project execution and delivery
- Troubleshoot issues, enhance existing functionality, and ensure long-term maintainability of the codebase
- Document technical specifications and collaborate effectively with internal and remote teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with PHP (v7 or v8) and MySQL
- Familiarity with MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CakePHP
- Proficiency with JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, and Bootstrap
- Exposure to third-party APIs, payment gateways, and SOAP-based services
- Strong working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
