About the role

  • Lead complex projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Drive projects involving stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring resource identification and alignment across disparate business and technology teams.
  • Support the CTO directly by developing high-impact PowerPoint decks, managing complex scheduling, and overseeing logistics to optimize executive efficiency.
  • Proactively identify project impediments and design mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and the executive suite, delivering clear, data-driven reporting on project health and milestones.
  • Enforce high engineering and project standards, ensuring that every initiative is measured against clear metrics and delivered with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience delivering programs/projects within IT in a very fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Deep expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management frameworks.
  • High-level understanding of technical ecosystems, specifically within e-commerce, order management, or supply chain technology.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint for tracking and presentation.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and trust with key leaders and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • A "roll up your sleeves" mentality with the ability to remain level-headed and focused under pressure.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications are preferred but not required.
