About the role

  • Lead the strategic direction and ongoing development of an internal digital product
  • Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity, readiness, and alignment with value-driven outcomes
  • Translate business needs and user insights into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story mapping
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product increments
  • Gather and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the product
  • Monitor product performance and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and alignment with requirements
  • Remove blockers and proactively address risks impacting delivery and team productivity
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing product and delivery culture
  • Provide guidance and support to other product team members as needed

Requirements

  • +5 years of proven experience in a Senior Product Owner or equivalent product leadership role
  • Strong background leading the development of digital products, including internal platforms or SaaS solutions
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on experience working in agile delivery environments
  • Demonstrated ability to own product decisions and manage priorities across competing stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse audiences
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into well-defined user stories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a value-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on experience with product and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
