Manager

• Sie sind als Projektmanager für die Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bzw. Kundenteams vor Ort am und im Projekt verantwortlich
• Dabei geben so den Bauteams unserer Kunden Struktur und Methodik an die Hand
• Sie sind Ansprechpartner als Prozessexperte auf den Baustellen, Moderator von Meetings, Workshops und Besprechungen im Einsatz
• Sie leiten an und unterstützen die Projektteams und Nachunternehmern in der LEAN-Methodik
• Sie führen Gesamtprojektanalysen, Prozessaufnahmen, Pull-Planungen uvm. Durch und visualisieren die Arbeitsergebnisse z.B. in unseren Cloud-Tools, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint
• Sie verarbeiten die erfassten Daten zu Kennzahlen (KPI), um den Baufortschritt messbar zu machen
• Zusammen mit Ihren internen Kolleg*innen entwickeln und optimieren Sie die projektbezogene Baustelleneinrichtungsplanungen und Arbeitsvorbereitung hinsichtlich des Materialwarenflusses
• Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Terminplänen mit und unterstützen die erforderliche Arbeitsvorbereitung und Weiterverarbeitung von Prozessaufnahmen in die Terminplanung (Asta Powerproject und MS Project)

• Advise and support our clients and client teams on site and take responsibility within the project
• Provide structure and methodology to clients’ construction teams
• Responsible for schedule coordination on site
• Mediate between different dependencies and interfaces of the project teams
• Act as process expert on site and as the contact person; moderate meetings, workshops and discussions during assignments
• Train and support project teams and subcontractors in LEAN methodology
• Conduct overall project analyses, process recordings, pull planning, and more, and visualize the results
• Process collected data into metrics (KPIs) to make construction progress measurable
• Develop and optimize project-specific site layout planning and work preparation
• Contribute to the creation of schedules and support work preparation, converting process recordings into project schedules (Asta Powerproject and MS Project)

Civil Engineer – Project Manager in Construction

• Responsible for advising and supporting our clients and client teams on-site and throughout the project
• Provide structure and methodology for our clients' construction teams
• Coordinate schedules on the construction site
• Serve as the contact person and process expert on site; moderate meetings, workshops, and project discussions
• Support project teams and subcontractors in LEAN methodology
• Conduct overall project analyses, process mapping, pull planning, and more
• Visualize work results in our cloud tools, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Process collected data into key performance indicators (KPIs) to make construction progress measurable
• Develop and optimize project-specific site layout planning and work preparation with regard to material flow
• Contribute to the creation of schedules and support necessary work preparation, including converting process recordings into schedule planning (Asta Powerproject and MS Project)
