About the role
- design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems
- develop and productionize machine learning models — from data exploration and feature engineering to training, evaluation, and deployment
- collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, and clients to integrate AI capabilities into scalable, maintainable applications
- help improve data pipelines, model performance, and system reliability
- follow best practices around testing, monitoring, documentation, and responsible AI use

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience working with machine learning, data science, or AI systems in a professional setting
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Experience working with real-world data
- Familiarity with deploying models into production environments (cloud platforms, APIs, pipelines)
- Azure AI experience is a plus
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and a desire to keep learning
