About the role
- Lead, build, and inspire a partnerships team that meets and exceeds growth targets across multiple verticals.
- Develop and execute Leafwell’s partnership strategy with a primary focus on our core revenue engine: scalable, high-ROI dispensary partnerships.
- Operate as a player–coach: carry an individual quota, drive key deals, and develop your team to do the same.
- Own revenue outcomes from partnerships and create a repeatable, scalable model across markets.
- Oversee event partnerships and field activations, ensuring excellent execution and measurable ROI from our ground game.
- Build strategic referral networks with organizations that can drive patient acquisition and brand visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align initiatives and amplify results.
- Track and optimize performance metrics, using data to improve efficiency, conversion, retention, and partner success.
- Create the systems and processes (playbooks, ICP criteria, onboarding flows, CRM discipline, activation frameworks) required to scale with efficiency.
- Build both a hunter and farmer motion, balancing outbound partner acquisition with proactive partner success and renewal growth.
- Foster a clarity-first, solutions-oriented culture that reduces complexity and drives execution.
- Represent Leafwell externally, building trust and credibility with industry partners, associations, and prospective collaborators.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or revenue leadership, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or another regulated industry.
- Proven success building, scaling, and optimizing partnership-led revenue models.
- A strong operator who can lead strategy while rolling up their sleeves to close deals.
- Deep experience forming strategic alliances, channel partnerships, and B2B2C programs.
- Understanding of dispensary workflows, economics, and operational realities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with event-based or field partnership programs is a plus.
- A bias toward action, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
