About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define product strategy and roadmap across multiple related products of the marketplace and financial services platform
  • Solve customer pain points and opportunities through research, analytics, and market insights
  • Convert business objectives into clear product goals, priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact
  • Lead product discovery efforts to validate customer problems and potential solutions
  • Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Make trade-offs balancing customer needs, internal constraints and business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering throughout the product lifecycle
  • Communicate technology roadmap and priorities and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build deep understanding of the needs of brands, retailers, and other stakeholders in the cannabis supply chain
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to conduct customer interviews and usability sessions
  • Analyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics and work with operations teams to improve execution and efficiency
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Ensure successful product launches and adoption across customer segments
  • Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility
  • Define success metrics and measure product outcomes
  • Influence enterprise-level decisions using customer data insights to improve customer experiences and business performance
  • Establish data gathering mechanisms relative to the metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in Software, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or B2B technology environments
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to scale
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, customer journey mapping, and translating customer insights into actionable product requirements and continuous improvement
  • Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, GTM and Operations teams
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams
  • Experience using data to inform decision-making and prioritization
