Key responsibilities & impact

Develop professional relationships with clients
Guide clients in increasing online presence
Maintain customer relationships and build value
Promote additional marketing services
Communicate effectively about offered services
Understand and interpret statistical data
Perform monthly reporting calls with clients
Manage accounts with focus on revenue growth
Assess website and marketing service quality
Provide proactive solutions to increase traffic and leads
Work with Site Production Team for onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of Customer Service experience
1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred
Experience working with a CRM preferred
Excellent Time management and Organizational skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude
Ability to type 45 wpm
Ability to multitask efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
