About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Owns the relationship between HR and leaders of dedicated functional areas of the business.
  • Drives change management projects and related internal communications.
  • Acts as an HR consultant for key talent decisions, sharing responsibility for meeting client goals.
  • Partners with the OneHR global human resources team’s subject matter experts.
  • Manages complex HR projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Engages with employees to help drive positive outcomes.
  • Articulates complex information in a clear manner.
  • Identifies and prepares development plans for key employees and rotation of talents.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years’ experience in partnering with clients in a global HR capacity
  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits, DEI, performance management, talent management and development.
  • Latin America experience preferred.
  • Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and applicable laws.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high priority projects.
  • Sound business acumen and the ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/-SCP certification obtained or in progress; GPHR certification strongly desired.
