About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Retain customers and revenue by responding to inquiries through phone and email
  • Demonstrate steps to address customer challenges
  • Express best practices and company philosophy for customer satisfaction
  • Work with Production to assist customers through implementation and website launch
  • Work with Billing to answer inquiries about pricing and product value
  • Manage customer calls and correctly mark customer status in the system
  • Request credits/refunds appropriately
