About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Retain customers and revenue by responding to inquiries through phone and email
- Demonstrate steps to address customer challenges
- Express best practices and company philosophy for customer satisfaction
- Work with Production to assist customers through implementation and website launch
- Work with Billing to answer inquiries about pricing and product value
- Manage customer calls and correctly mark customer status in the system
- Request credits/refunds appropriately
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years’ experience in customer service
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Excellent Listening Skills
- Written Communications
- Organizational Skills
- Sales Experience (not required)
