About the role
- Develop professional relationships with clients to enhance their online presence
- Maintain customer relationships and focus on revenue growth and retention
- Promote and sell additional marketing and website services
- Assess and monitor website and marketing services for quality and effectiveness
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding and handle customer inquiries
- Identify retention risks and propose proactive solutions
- Update job knowledge through educational opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success
- 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred
- Experience working with a CRM preferred
- Excellent Time management and Organizational skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude
- Ability to type 45 wpm
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
