About the role

  • Develop professional relationships with clients to enhance their online presence
  • Maintain customer relationships and focus on revenue growth and retention
  • Promote and sell additional marketing and website services
  • Assess and monitor website and marketing services for quality and effectiveness
  • Facilitate seamless client onboarding and handle customer inquiries
  • Identify retention risks and propose proactive solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success
  • 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Experience working with a CRM preferred
  • Excellent Time management and Organizational skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude
  • Ability to type 45 wpm
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
