• Lead client engagements across cloud cost management and FinOps transformation
• Evaluate and advise clients on the right tooling for their context, vendor-neutral
• Own practice revenue, utilisation and margin performance
• Represent Leadout externally through thought leadership and community presence

• Analyse contracts, risks and commercial structures to identify optimisation opportunities
• Support or lead negotiations and build governance frameworks
