Product Manager

• The product owner is responsible for ensuring that LeadingReach’s products are held to a high customer and market standard and are easy and refreshing to use.
• The person in this role must be able to understand the product’s scope and define requirements of new or existing scope for our stakeholders, developers, QA, and customers.
• Equipped with a deep understanding of how LeadingReach products are used by our customers, the product owner must be able to wireframe new tools and workflows and provide feedback on existing feature sets in pursuit of the best user experience.
• As a product owner, the person in this role is expected to develop and/or enhance their existing healthcare industry knowledge and bring it to bear in projects they are assigned.
• Product owners are expected to write user stories, create mock ups, perform and manage UAT, and provide prioritization for both new scope and technical debt.
• Additionally, product owners must have a good understanding of the software development life cycle using Agile, various test methodologies, and best practices and will be at the forefront of their implementation and continuous improvement across teams.
• To that end, a high level of communication and teamwork is expected.
