Senior Growth Product Manager – Activation, Acquisition
LeadfeederSenior Growth Product Manager at Leadfeeder, focusing on B2B growth activation. Responsible for optimizing user onboarding and maximizing product-led acquisition efforts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own tracker installation rate end-to-end. Define the baseline, instrument the funnel, ship experiments, measure results.
- Own per-product activation rate across multiple product surfaces. Understand how products work, the underlying jobs to be done, and experiment to get more accounts to value, faster.
- Explore product-led acquisition. Implement new 0-to-1 ideas to the table to facilitate Leadfeeder’s discovery and distribution and create new acquisition loops.
- Partner with Marketing on the top-of-funnel handoff. Visitor → signup is the moment Marketing's surfaces meet ours. You'll own the product side of that handoff.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: 5–7 years in product management, with at least 2 years on growth, activation, acquisition, or lifecycle surfaces. We care more about what you've shipped than where you shipped it.
- A track record of moving a growth metric you owned. At least one funnel, activation, or acquisition lever you've owned end-to-end, with a clear hypothesis → experiment → result chain. You can talk about it in detail: what was the number, what moved it, what didn't, and what you learned.
- Growth mindset. You connect actions to outcomes, you're data-driven by default, and you have a respect for the scientific method that's hard to fake. You design experiments cleanly, read results honestly, and don't fall in love with your own ideas.
- Intelligence and curiosity. You reason from first principles, you ask the second-order question, and you don't take a brief at face value. We hire for this above all else.
- Strong written and stakeholder muscle. This role ships inside other PMs' product surfaces. Cross-team alignment, sharp written briefs, and a high bar for argumentation are non-negotiable.
- AI in your daily workflow. This is non-negotiable. You use AI tools daily — for prototyping, analysis, writing, decision-making. You're already ahead of most people in using them. Bonus if you've shipped AI-powered product experiences. We’ll ask for this during the interview, so come prepared.
- Comfortable being uncomfortable. You thrive in ambiguity, ship with 70% of the information, and stay effective when the ground shifts under your feet. You're energized by a transformation moment, not paralyzed by it.
- High-agency and ownership. You own problems end-to-end — from discovery through delivery through post-launch measurement. You don't wait for someone to tell you the next step.
Benefits
Comp & perks- Real, measurable impact on the metric that compounds. Every percentage point on tracker installation is a percentage point on retention, expansion, and revenue downstream. This is where growth at Leadfeeder begins.
- A company at a strategic inflection. Brand unification, a new pricing model launching at the end of June 2026, and a PLG-first 2026 setting up a step-change 2027. Growth practitioners get an unusually wide canvas here.
- Direct collaboration with the CPTO and a passionate R&D team that ships fast, debates openly, and cares deeply about craft.
- A remote-first European culture that values autonomy, impact, and bias for action over process and politics.
- The tools and freedom to build with AI, not just talk about it. We invest in giving our teams the best AI tooling available.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
