About the role
- Ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications by designing and executing test cases and identifying issues.
- Analyse business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Salesforce solutions.
- Validate customisations, configurations, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and defect resolution.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist end-users with testing activities.
- Continuously improve QA processes, testing strategies, and automation coverage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 1 year focused on Salesforce testing.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with test case design, defect management, and regression testing.
- Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools for Salesforce (e.g., Provar, Selenium, TestNG) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level, both written and verbal.
- Nice to have Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).
