- Must be able to manage time effectively and process applications efficiently in order to meet goals.
- Accurately maintains member account information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of similar or related experience
- two-year college degree or applicable specialized training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
- Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Significant work over the phone. Listening skills, documenting skills and organizational skills are a requirement.
