Requirements

  • 1-3 years of similar or related experience
  • two-year college degree or applicable specialized training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
  • Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Significant work over the phone. Listening skills, documenting skills and organizational skills are a requirement.
