About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You manage our client projects end-to-end and coordinate everything using tools like Asana.
  • You take ownership of our client relationships and advance projects on a strategic level.
  • You accompany our clients from the initial kick-off through to reporting and act as their primary point of contact on the project.
  • You develop effective lead-generation strategies and drive their implementation together with your team.
  • You present your strategies persuasively and win clients over for your ideas and concepts.
  • You keep KPIs, timelines and results in view at all times and ensure that projects progress in a measurable way.
  • You bring internal teams and freelancers together and ensure everyone collaborates efficiently and as equals.
  • You actively share your experience within the team and support other project managers in their professional development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in client management (at least 2 years)
  • Experience in project management (at least 2 years)
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
  • Openness, sociability and strong communication skills with clients and within the team
  • Reliable, organized approach to planning and managing projects
  • Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking and willingness to continue developing
  • Ability to immerse yourself in target audience insights and complex IT products
  • Performance-driven attitude and commitment to your area of responsibility
  • German: C2 or native level; English: business level
