About the role
- Outbound cold calling (using direct phone numbers of decision-makers)
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective leads
- Preparing marketing analyses
- Ongoing training in IT marketing and sales
Requirements
- Motivation, discipline, and patience
- Reliable and organized working style
- Openness, sociability, and strong communication skills with customers and within the team
- German language skills at C2 level (native level) & English language skills (business/professional level)
- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and willingness to develop professionally
- Training/qualification in sales (nice-to-have)
- Experience in online marketing (nice-to-have)
- Basic understanding of digital workflows & remote working (nice-to-have)
