About the role

  • You plan, implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • You design and optimize email marketing campaigns.
  • You are responsible for website and campaign analysis using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • You prepare and interpret analytics reports and, where necessary, present them in client meetings.
  • You derive concrete, data-driven recommendations for action.
  • You are responsible for conversion optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates (conceptual work, not development).
  • You develop new approaches and ideas for the client together with the project manager and implement them.
  • You keep track of current paid media trends and incorporate them into your campaign strategies.
  • As an expert, you support the team on technical topics and respond to related questions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and experience in B2B marketing (ideally in the IT sector)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and solid skills in keyword research and campaign optimization
  • Experience with email copywriting (Apollo or similar tools)
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with solution-oriented thinking
  • Outgoing, people-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Reliable and organized working style with a willingness to continue developing
  • Performance-driven and committed to your area of responsibility
  • German language skills (C2) and English language skills (business level)
