About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) with support from the team
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Iterate design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input

Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in UX Design or similar roles
- Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs
- Ability to work with clients and address their needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
