About the role
- Lead technological development, benchmarking and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
- Ensure the technical integration of battery systems (high/low voltage) into vehicle architecture.
- Manage technical aspects of global suppliers and act as a direct interface with customers (OEMs).
- Work on design validation (DV) and process validation (PV), ensuring technology transfer from R&D to production.
- Collaborate daily with engineering teams in Germany and France.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Systems). Postgraduate studies in the field are a plus.
- Experience: Strong track record in product development and systems engineering.
- Languages: Fluent English is required (constant interaction with international colleagues).
- Technical knowledge: Proficiency in battery architecture, cooling systems and thermal insulation.
- Experience with electric traction systems and integration of electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of quality tools: DFMEA, 8D, FTA and standards (ISO 26262, IATF 16949).
