About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct onboarding for new clients, ensuring an outstanding experience.
  • Monitor the customer journey, promoting engagement and ongoing development.
  • Hold strategic follow-up meetings and present results.
  • Identify churn risks and take preventive actions to increase retention.
  • Develop opportunities for contract renewals, expansions, and upsells.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and the operations team, ensuring alignment and agility.
  • Monitor metrics such as Churn, NPS, MRR, retention, renewals, and satisfaction.
  • Record and organize all information in the CRM.
  • Build trusted relationships, becoming a go-to contact for clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support or Client Relationship roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and working with diverse client profiles.
  • Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Kommo, RD Station, Pipedrive or similar) is a plus.
  • Active CNPJ (contracting under the PJ/company model).
