Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure every service request has complete information
Ensure data accuracy across CRM, budget tracking, and ticketing tools
Execute the operational side of client onboarding
Monitor client health scores and flag at-risk accounts
Coordinate across service teams for multi-service clients
Prepare renewal briefs ahead of contract renewals

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, or a multi-stakeholder support role
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is an asset)
Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools
Ability to hold the line on quality under pressure
Comfort juggling multiple systems and priorities simultaneously
Bachelor's degree or College Diploma (concentration in business, marketing, or operations) is an asset
Knowledge of digital advertising an asset
A passion for the Automotive industry an asset
