About the role
- Drive LFA’s host-centered recruitment model with community-rooted partnerships.
- Ensure host sites are prepared for recruiting local members.
- Guide them through application, onboarding, and placement process.
- Manage high-volume outreach to prospective host sites.
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with community organizations.
- Serve as primary contact for guidance, coaching, and support.
- Monitor and analyze host readiness and placement quality.
- Participate in strategic and operational efforts across teams.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, partnership management, community engagement, or related program operations.
- Demonstrated relationship-management excellence with external stakeholders.
- Expertise in recruitment pipelines or program onboarding.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Data- and systems-oriented mindset using CRM/project management tools.
- Proactive problem solver and process improver.
- Clear, confident, and values-driven communicator.
- Cross-functional collaborator.
