About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and recommend commercial policies, focusing on profitability and cost-to-serve analysis (MCL).
- Analyze the market and propose strategic actions based on Nielsen, Neogrid and economic/financial sources.
- Ensure agility in defining commercial targets, aligned with demand planning and the approved BP.
- Participate in the S&OP cycle, aligning targets with regional capacity, demand and production to avoid stockouts.
- Manage promotional budgets (DME), controlling monthly usage and proposing adjustments to maintain business results.
- Ensure compliance in order, bonus and commercial policy processes.
- Provide strategic and systematized information (e.g., via Qlik) to support the commercial team.
- Prepare analytical materials for performance meetings, focusing on realized results and future projections.
- Lead the Sales Administration and Market Intelligence team, ensuring the quality and reliability of information for business decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 6 years' experience in the field and 3 years in management (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
- Experience in Commercial or Finance areas is desirable.
