About the role
- Support the Legal Department with operational and administrative routines, ensuring organization, control, and reliability of information;
- Organize and manage physical and digital legal documents, including contracts, court cases, and licenses;
- Assist in monitoring procedural deadlines and administrative obligations to help mitigate risks;
- Initiate payment requests and monitor payments of court fees and other legal expenses;
- Support updates to internal systems and legal management controls;
- Assist in preparing reports and consolidating information to track the department’s workloads;
- Provide day-to-day support to lawyers, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, preferably in the 1st or 2nd year.
- Reside in São Paulo, SP.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience with administrative or legal routines, even if through an internship or academic activities.
- Familiarity with legal case management systems or case tracking.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Careful handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Genuine interest in learning and developing in a corporate environment.
