About the role
- Plan, produce and share relevant, engaging content across internal communication channels;
- Respond to internal communication requests from internal stakeholders, focusing on content development for email, bulletin boards, corporate TV and internal social network;
- Monitor and execute internal marketing (employee engagement) activities across all business units, including internal campaigns and events;
- Produce content for the bimonthly newsletter;
- Establish communication with internal and external stakeholders in line with the established communication strategy;
- Promote and strengthen meaningful partnerships with institutions and the local community to positively reinforce our presence and social contribution;
- Develop content for the blog and LinkedIn;
- Strengthen Leão's presence and reputation with the press;
- Analyze KPIs and metrics for internal and external communications and update monthly reports;
- Liaise with agencies and suppliers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Social Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
- Experience with initiatives that strengthen workplace climate, culture, and ESG practices is a plus.
