About the role
- Preparation of budget and forecast, providing the necessary support for the success of the financial planning tool, including entering information and performing required maintenance in the tool to map risks and opportunities.
- Support for the monthly close and presentation of the company's results.
- Responsible for the Performance area, including monitoring strategic indicators and Action Plans.
- Responsible for improvements to Financial Planning BI, identifying together with the business the activities that can be developed and automated.
- Lead Budget, Forecast and scenario simulations, ensuring alignment and discipline with deadlines.
- Develop financial models, advanced analyses and insights for the executive board.
- Create and evolve dashboards and reports using BI and automation.
- Ensure consistency of financial KPIs and propose continuous improvements.
- Connect operational drivers to the P&L, supporting strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
- Solid experience in FP&A, Controllership or Business Finance, with experience in Budget, Forecast and performance analyses.
- Advanced Excel and strong command of financial modeling (scenarios, sensitivity analyses, projections).
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or Looker) for building executive dashboards.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and understanding of accounting/management reporting flows.
- Ability to translate numbers into clear storytelling focused on decision-making.
- Organized, results-oriented profile with an ownership mindset, autonomy and strong interpersonal communication.
- Experience with AI.
