About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a team by providing coaching, performance tracking, answering questions, and monitoring workflow
- Perform supervisory responsibilities including identifying training needs and opportunities for development
- Review and approve employee time records and manage overtime utilization
- Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks
- Participate in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- 2 years previous MDES Case Building experience
