Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of FOIA request processing within the last 48 months
  • Expert application of FOIA exemptions, DOJ guidance, and FOIA legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and guide staff to correct processing discrepancies
  • Ability to perform thorough reviews and identify potential harm to ensure accurate and compliant releases
  • Bachelor's degree with FOIA-related training preferred
