About the role
- Provide highly developed domain expertise and stakeholder relationships
- Identify stakeholders’ business and system requirements and translate needs into training material
- Create presentations, videos, and web-based content
- Work on curriculum design and organizational learning strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree & 3 years' experience
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must live in the US and have maintained permanent residence for at least the last 3 consecutive years
- Experience with adult learning theory, practices, and techniques/tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Captive, PDF tools, Commonlook, and 508 compliance
- Experience with Adobe Premier, After Effects, or similar video creation systems
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Ability to work on small or cross-functional project teams
