About the role
- Design and maintain a robust cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Implement efficient CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure system scalability, security, and observability
- Define and implement DevOps best practices (IaC, monitoring, incident management)
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
- Ensure compliance with health data security standards (HDS, etc.)
- Identify and remediate performance or security risks
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / infrastructure
- Strong expertise with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
- Proficient with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Strong security awareness and sensitivity to security issues
- Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment
