About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain a robust cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Implement efficient CI/CD pipelines
Ensure system scalability, security, and observability
Define and implement DevOps best practices (IaC, monitoring, incident management)
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
Ensure compliance with health data security standards (HDS, etc.)
Identify and remediate performance or security risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / infrastructure
Strong expertise with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Solid experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
Proficient with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
Strong security awareness and sensitivity to security issues
Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment
