About the role
- Manage a team of project engineers
- Lead, mentor and develop an engineering team
- Define team objectives
- Manage the team's workload
- Contribute to the development of the engineering department
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop and implement the engineering execution plan
Requirements
- Engineering degree specialized in Mechanical or Thermal engineering
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Engineering Project Manager in the energy sector
- Experience on pipeline projects
- Fluent English
- Ability to draft and review/approve technical documentation
- Prepare and oversee project schedules and budgets
