About the role
- Drive commercial performance: monitor, analyze and challenge campus KPIs (conversion rate, occupancy/fill rate, leads, cancellations, dropouts).
- Identify campuses in difficulty and propose effective corrective action plans.
- Energize and manage sales teams via campus directors: meetings, challenges, workshops, and sharing of best practices.
- Standardize and deploy sales tools (CRM, reporting, processes) to unify performance across sites.
- Support campus directors with their day-to-day challenges while reinforcing their autonomy.
- Maintain a strong field presence: travel regularly to campuses to listen, motivate and build cohesion.
- Participate in recruitment and the development/upskilling of sales teams.
- Act as a carrier of the commercial vision and culture at the national level.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial management, ideally in education, training or a demanding B2B/B2C environment.
- Strong mastery of commercial KPIs and multi-site performance management.
- Proven experience in leading and animating remote teams.
- Ability to structure processes and deploy them at a national scale.
- Natural leadership, strong results orientation and a coaching stance.
- Analytical and responsive mindset with a genuine performance-driven culture.
