Requirements

  • 3–8+ years’ experience recruiting B2B sales profiles
  • Excellent understanding of sales cycles
  • Direct headhunting experience required
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to challenge a Sales Director
  • Detailed evaluation of sales performance (quota, pipeline, closing rate…)
  • Autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Business-oriented mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-player attitude
  • Fluent in French
  • Professional English appreciated (international clients / scale-ups)
