About the role
- End-to-end management of assignments
- Prospecting and client development
- Defining requirements with founders / sales leadership
- Sourcing and headhunting sales profiles
- In-depth qualification (sales cycle, performance, KPIs, closing)
- Presentation of shortlists
- Support through to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Recruitment of B2B profiles (short-cycle, long-cycle, enterprise accounts)
- Tech and industrial profiles highly valued
- Growing your client portfolio
- Lead sharing
- Co-delivery possible
- Sharing best practices and market intelligence
Requirements
- 3–8+ years’ experience recruiting B2B sales profiles
- Excellent understanding of sales cycles
- Direct headhunting experience required
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to challenge a Sales Director
- Detailed evaluation of sales performance (quota, pipeline, closing rate…)
- Autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset
- Business-oriented mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-player attitude
- Fluent in French
- Professional English appreciated (international clients / scale-ups)
