About the role

  • Collect and verify variable payroll elements and enter fixed payroll data
  • Prepare and review payslips
  • Manage payroll closing operations
  • Prepare statutory social declarations and liaise with social security agencies
  • Provide administrative support for employees throughout their employment lifecycle
  • Produce monthly and quarterly HR/social reports
  • Support and advise managers and employees on payroll-related questions

Requirements

  • Two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) or equivalent (e.g., BTS, DUT)
  • 3 years' experience in a payroll administrator role
  • Knowledge of the Public Works (Travaux Publics - TP) collective bargaining agreement
