About the role
- Collect and verify variable payroll elements and enter fixed payroll data
- Prepare and review payslips
- Manage payroll closing operations
- Prepare statutory social declarations and liaise with social security agencies
- Provide administrative support for employees throughout their employment lifecycle
- Produce monthly and quarterly HR/social reports
- Support and advise managers and employees on payroll-related questions
Requirements
- Two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) or equivalent (e.g., BTS, DUT)
- 3 years' experience in a payroll administrator role
- Knowledge of the Public Works (Travaux Publics - TP) collective bargaining agreement
