About the role
- Development and management of test benches
- Design and develop new test benches (electronic and software components)
- Test, validate, and maintain existing test benches
- Perform debugging and optimize performance
- Provide maintenance for products in the production phase
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and technical drift
- Prepare manufacturing process documentation
- Participate in continuous process improvement
- Travel to subcontractors' sites
- Validate, test, or debug test benches on-site
Requirements
- Engineering degree in systems, electronics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment required
- Strong knowledge of electronics
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Proficiency in Java and Python
- Experience in developing and automating test benches
- Good understanding of hardware and software environments
