About the role

  • Prepare and verify payrolls in compliance with legislation and collective agreements (approximately 350 payslips)
  • Manage social declarations: monthly and event-driven DSNs
  • Handle employee administrative records (onboarding, offboarding, absences, leave, sick leave…)
  • Process social contributions and liaise with social organizations
  • Maintain continuous legal and social monitoring related to payroll
  • Contribute to payroll process improvements and cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ideally experience in an accounting firm or payroll outsourcing company
  • Proficient with IT tools
  • Strong knowledge of labor and social legislation and reporting obligations
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Autonomous
  • Meticulous and well-organized
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders
