About the role
- Prepare and verify payrolls in compliance with legislation and collective agreements (approximately 350 payslips)
- Manage social declarations: monthly and event-driven DSNs
- Handle employee administrative records (onboarding, offboarding, absences, leave, sick leave…)
- Process social contributions and liaise with social organizations
- Maintain continuous legal and social monitoring related to payroll
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience in an accounting firm or payroll outsourcing company
- Proficient with IT tools
- Strong knowledge of labor and social legislation and reporting obligations
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Autonomous
- Meticulous and well-organized
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders
