💰 €42,000 - €48,000 per year

About the role

  • Oversee full site management (planning, coordination, execution)
  • Conduct feasibility studies and optimize resource organization
  • Monitor and ensure the financial balance of projects (monthly budget tracking)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients (Owners) and design/project management teams
  • Ensure rigorous planning of human and material resources
  • Participate in and lead safety meetings with the QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) department
  • Manage multiple sites in parallel, with weekly travel

Requirements

  • Degree from a recognized engineering school (e.g., ESTP, Centrale, INSA, HEI, Arts et Métiers, Polytech…)
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in bridges/major structures or civil engineering
  • Excellent skills in:
  • organization and planning
  • financial management and prioritization
  • communication and client relations
  • Proactive, rigorous, curious and able to work independently
