About the role

  • Actively prospect and build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, events, and trade shows
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with HR decision-makers and enterprise clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle (qualification, proposal, closing)
  • Leverage and maintain the CRM to drive commercial performance
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners
  • Represent the company at industry events (trade shows, conferences)
  • Contribute to structuring commercial processes and to strategic decision-making
  • Build and eventually lead a sales team

Requirements

  • 2 to 7+ years of B2B sales experience selling to HR leaders, HR departments, or training organizations
  • Strong appetite for hunting and proactive prospecting
  • Proven experience with CRM, pipeline creation, and closing deals
  • Ability to convert in-person meetings into qualified opportunities
  • Autonomous, able to organize and structure own territory and build an ecosystem (events, HR networks)
