About the role
- Actively prospect and build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, events, and trade shows
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with HR decision-makers and enterprise clients
- Manage the full sales cycle (qualification, proposal, closing)
- Leverage and maintain the CRM to drive commercial performance
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners
- Represent the company at industry events (trade shows, conferences)
- Contribute to structuring commercial processes and to strategic decision-making
- Build and eventually lead a sales team
Requirements
- 2 to 7+ years of B2B sales experience selling to HR leaders, HR departments, or training organizations
- Strong appetite for hunting and proactive prospecting
- Proven experience with CRM, pipeline creation, and closing deals
- Ability to convert in-person meetings into qualified opportunities
- Autonomous, able to organize and structure own territory and build an ecosystem (events, HR networks)
